Issue

I need to reinstall my software and league(s).

Download the setup software. Then locate your confirmation email with the installation code in it. For each league you own, click Leagues > Install New League and enter the installation code to validate your leagues and wet them up. If  you  have  lost  your  installation  code,  click  send my league installation code.

I lost my password at the forum.

Go to the forum and click " Reminder" to enter your email address and have your password sent to you.

I can't get my lineups to work right.

First, make sure you have set the Home/Road - Left/Right bias properly atop the Lineup Bias column heads. Second, set the 'Consider RPL in lineup generator' to Off under Manager Strategies. Third, remember that the platoon bias works only against Left-Right pitching Home-Road platoons are not possible in our game due to the potential for statistical manipulation.

I can't get my logo to upload.

First, click the logo area on the title screen of the software and make certain you have put your logo in the right folder. Second, make certain that you have not placed two extensions on the filename, e.g. Havana.bmp.bmp. Finally, filenames are case-sensitive, so be sure you have the upper/lower case correct.
